Barbara Davis is a continuing student of photography at the College for Creative Studies. Her sensual images and distinctive style are influenced by the works of notable photographic artists Lisa Spindler and Sheila Metzner.

Barbara’s vocation as a motivational communications trainer is complemented by her avocation and passion for black and white photography.

Barbara’s photographs have been exhibited at the College for Creative Studies, Detroit, Michigan, and for two consecutive years at the Our Town exhibit, Birmingham, Michigan. Our Town Juror, Gerhardt Knodel, Director of the Cranbrook Academy of Art selected Barbara’s work for exhibition in 1999. Our Town juror, Ken Gross, Director of the Art Museum Project/Alfred Berkowitz Gallery at the University of Michigan-Dearborn selected Barbara’s work for exhibition in 2000.
