A relative newcomer to the entertainment industry, 21-year-old D.J. Cotrona makes his television series debut on Skin.

Born and raised in New Haven, CT, Cotrona attended Northeastern University in Boston to study law before deciding to pursue acting full-time after visiting a family friend in Los Angeles during his spring break his sophomore year. He made his national television debut this past spring with a guest-starring role on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit."

D.J. was named after his father. He is skateboarding since 12.
