Teresa Delgado made her feature film debut at a the age of 9 in “21 Grams” (2003), an acclaimed drama directed by Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu, written by Guillermo Arriaga and starring Sean Penn, Naomi Watts, Danny Huston, and Benicio del Toro. Playing Gina, she jointly nabbed a 2004 Phoenix Film Critics Society for Best Ensemble Acting.

After her auspicious debut, Delgado was cast as Kelly Earnhardt in the TV film “3: The Dale Earnhardt Story” (2004), documenting the life of NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt. It starred Barry Pepper as Dale Earnhardt, along with Sean Bridgers as Neil Bonnett.
